How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and evaluate your property or match properties to your criteria.
  • To contact you by phone, email, or, if you consented, text message.
  • To keep records required by law, including proof of consent and Missouri disclosure records.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers that help us run the business, such as our CRM, phone and texting provider, email provider, and web host. They may use it only to provide services to us.
  • A title company, attorney, or lender involved in a transaction you take part in.
  • When required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages.

Your choices

  • Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.
  • Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop emails.
  • Ask us to stop calling you, or to correct or delete your information, by emailing admin@heartandstonepartners.com. We may keep records the law requires us to keep.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards for the information we hold. We keep it as long as needed to respond to you, complete any transaction, and meet legal and record-keeping requirements.

Children

This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
